amended
to
read
as
follows:

“Migratory
game
bird”
means
any
wild
goose,
brant,
wild

duck,
snipe,
rail,
woodcock,
mourning
dove,
or
coot.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
requires
a
person
to
pay
the
migratory
game
bird

fee
of
$8
before
hunting
mourning
doves.
A
violation
of
this
7
provision
is
punishable
by
a
scheduled
fine
of
$10.
