This
bill
relates
to
requirements
for
newspapers
for
11
official
publication
of
notices.
The
bill
removes
the
12
requirements
that
a
newspaper
have
a
list
of
subscribers
who
13
have
paid
or
promised
to
pay
for
copies
of
the
newspaper
and
14
that
it
is
paid
for
by
at
least
50
percent
of
the
persons
to
15
whom
it
is
distributed.
The
bill
adds
a
requirement
that
the
16
newspaper
is
mailed
to
at
least
90
percent
of
addresses
in
the
17
area.
