A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CORRECTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 24, Special Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, section 3, as amended by section 4 of Act 76, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, is amended by amending subsection (d) to read as follows:
"(d)
The commission shall cease to exist on December 1, [2015.] 2019."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
