A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

relating to the hawaii tourism authority.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  Chapter 201B, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by adding a new section to be appropriately designated and to read as follows:

     "§201B-    Funds dispersed to the Native Hawaiian hospitality association.  The authority shall disperse $525,000 from the authority's budget to the Native Hawaiian hospitality association each fiscal year."

     SECTION 2.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2014.
