A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

relating to capital improvement projects for the benefit of the twenty-third representative district.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  Act 119, Session Laws of Hawaii 2015, section 47, part IV, item G.59., is amended to read as follows:

"59.        NOELANI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, OAHU

 

        [PLANS,] DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT [TO EXPAND, RENOVATE, AND IMPROVE THE LIBRARY, INCLUDING REROOFING, NEW WINDOWS, AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM REPLACEMENT, AND PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS FOR NEARBY CLASSROOMS DURING CONSTRUCTION;] FOR A NEW LIBRARY/MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING; GROUND AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS; EQUIPMENT AND APPURTENANCES.
