A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to A sumo MUSEUM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The director of finance is authorized to issue general obligation bonds for the sum of $900,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated for fiscal year 2014-2015 as a grant pursuant to chapter 42F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to the Japanese cultural center of Hawaii for the establishment of the Hawaii sumo museum.
The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of accounting and general services for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2014.
