A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to life settlements.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 177, Session Laws of Hawaii 2008, is amended by amending section 7 to read as follows:
"SECTION 7. This Act shall take effect upon its
approval, and shall be repealed [two years from the date of its approval.]
on June 16, 2015."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 15, 2010.
