A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE ALTERNATIVE ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 to be deposited into the alternative energy research and development revolving fund, established pursuant to Act 67, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018.
SECTION 2. There
is appropriated out of the alternative energy research and development
revolving fund the sum of $
or so much thereof as may be
necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 for the purpose of providing grants pursuant to Act 67, Session
Laws of Hawaii 2018.
The sum appropriated shall be expended by
the Hawaii technology development corporation for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2112.
