A BILL FOR AN ACT
making an appropriation for a community certified kitchen in puna.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $1,400,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015-2016 as a grant pursuant to chapter 42F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to Hooulu Lahui to complete construction on a community certified kitchen in lower Puna.
The sum appropriated shall be expended by the state public charter school commission for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2015.
