HOUSE RESOLUTION
relating to the committee assignments of the house of representatives of the THIRTY-sECOND legislature.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-second Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2023, that LUKE A. EVSLIN, who has been duly appointed and seated as a member of the House of Representatives from the Sixteenth Representative District to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Representative James Kunane Tokioka, shall be a member of the Education Committee, Higher Education & Technology Committee, Housing Committee, and Transportation Committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-second Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2023, that TRISH LA CHICA, who has been duly appointed and seated as a member of the House of Representatives from the Thirty-seventh Representative District to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Representative Ryan I. Yamane, shall be a member of the Economic Development Committee, Education Committee, Higher Education & Technology Committee, and Tourism Committee; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by this Resolution, all appointments and committee memberships of the House of Representatives adopted by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-second Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2023, shall remain in full force and effect.
