A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE HAWAII TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 67, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, is repealed.
SECTION 2. Act 141, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, is repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2112.
