A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO LAND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this Act is to transfer the real property located at 560 Makapuu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, to the department of Hawaiian home lands.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the fee simple interest in the parcel of land designated as TMK (1) 3-2-030-002-0000-000 with the existing improvements thereon, shall be conveyed by the appropriate state agency currently holding the fee simple interest to the parcel to the department of Hawaiian home lands.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
