A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

RELATING TO A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AT POHAKULOA TRAINING AREA ON THE ISLAND OF HAWAII.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2016-2017 to finance the design and construction of a warehouse to serve as a storage site for training logistics and other related matters for the Hawaii army national guard at the Pohakuloa training area on the island of Hawaii:

     Design                                         $

     Construction                                   $

     Total funding                                  $

     SECTION 2.  The sums appropriated in section 1 of this Act shall be expended by the Hawaii army national guard for the purpose of this Act; provided that all moneys that are unencumbered as of June 30, 2017, shall lapse as of that date.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2016.
