PART I.  GENERAL PROVISIONS

SECTION 1.  The purpose of this Act is to adjust the operating budget for the fiscal biennium beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2021, using the Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2018 as a basis for the appropriations and authorizations, for certain state executive branch programs under the purview of the house of representatives standing committee on water, land, and Hawaiian affairs.
