Summary

Requires the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development to conduct a study to assess the possible implementation of widescale agrivoltaic adaptation and use statewide. Requires the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development to submit a report to the Legislature. Establishes one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
