Summary
Increases the membership of the boards of registration from three persons to five persons and sets deadline for appointment of the additional members. Requires that all board members be in good standing within their respective political parties. Requires that no more than two board members be affiliated with the same political party and requires at least one non-partisan board member to serve on each board of registration.
