Summary

Attaches the office of enterprise technology services to the department of accounting and general services administratively. Reorganizes the members of the information technology steering committee and requires members of the steering committee to be appointed by the governor and confirmed by the senate. Authorizes the steering committee to submit to the governor a list of names for the position of chief information officer and requires the advice and consent from the senate. Sets a term limit for the steering committee members and chief information officer. (SD1)
