Summary

Requires the police department of each county having a population of more than five hundred thousand to establish a working group to study the feasibility of purchasing and deploying explosion detection technology for the purpose of assisting in locating and responding to explosions caused by the illegal use of firearms and fireworks. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
