Summary
Clarifies that the department of land and natural resources shall not attend meetings nor provide administrative support for the Kaneohe Bay regional council; requires the Kaneohe Bay regional council to meet annually instead of quarterly and to report on its activities annually instead of semi-annually; repeals the sunset of the council scheduled for July 1, 2010. Effective upon its approval. (SB2340 HD1)
