Summary

Ensures insurance coverage for sexually transmitted disease testing in accordance with national professional guidelines, such as those of the United States Preventive Services Task Force and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Applies to health insurance policies, contracts, and plans issued or renewed after 1/1/2017. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
