Summary

Modifies the composition of the Hawaii state building code council. Requires the council to report annually to the governor on its activities. Allows for the staggering of the code adoption time frame. Defines and clarifies terminology. Requires that the Hawaii state building codes do not conflict with the laws governing building contractors. Appropriates funds for FY 2014-2015 for the operations of the council.
