Summary

Restores cuts in services to the visually and hearing impaired to fiscal year 2008-2009 levels. Appropriates funds to the University of Hawaii system to encourage students to pursue career fields that provide services to visually or hearing impaired individuals. Requires the University of Hawaii to report to the Legislature.
