Summary

Creates the offense of resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle in the first degree as a class C felony. Reclassifies the current offense of resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle to resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor. (SD1)
