Summary
Authorizes the Hawaii health systems corporation to lease Kula hospital's medical clinic, and any equipment, furnishings, and fixtures therein that have been agreed upon and executed by the parties through an equipment list, to Malama I Ke Ola Health Center, subject to the Hawaii public procurement code and other relevant state law. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
