Summary

Clarifies membership and certain powers and duties of the Law Enforcement Standards Board. Repeals the 12/31/2021 deadline for the completion of board standards and certification processes. Appropriates funds for resources to enable the Board to accomplish the Board's mission. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
