Summary

Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, requires a child to provide written documentation of a physical examination performed within the twelve months prior to attending seventh grade. Provides for provisional attendance if an exam is scheduled. Makes an appropriation. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD1)
