Summary

Appropriates funding for FY 2015-2016 and FY 2016-2017 from the state general fund to DHS for positions within the Adult Protective and Community Services Branch. Authorizes DHS to extend the federal ceiling to increase the amount of federal funds available for the positions within the adult protective and community services branch. (SD1)
