Summary

Extends the hospital sustainability program through 6/30/2024. Increases the maximum fee for inpatient care services to 5.5%. Increases the amount of time hospitals have to pay the hospital sustainability fee from 30 days to 60 days. Increases the pool of medicaid services that can be used for matching purposes. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/29/2050. (SD2)
