Beginning in fiscal year 2010-2011, exempts schools on Molokai and Lanai, and the Hana district of Maui, from the applicability of the weighted student formula. Beginning in fiscal year 2011-2012, exempts schools in remote areas from the applicability of the weighted student formula.
