Summary
Beginning 11/1/2024: extends the period for a notice of termination of a rental agreement; requires tenants and landlords to engage in mediation; delays filing an action for summary possession if a tenant schedules or attempts to schedule mediation; and requires landlords to provide specific information in the 10calendar-day notice to tenants. Appropriates funds. Repeals 11/1/2026. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
