Summary

Modifies the composition of the State Building Code Council. Allows staggering of the code-adoption timeframe. Defines and clarifies terminology to ensure laws governing building contractors do not conflict with Chapter 107, HRS. Makes an appropriation to fund the operations of the Council. Effective July 1, 2014.
