Summary

Part I: Purpose section. Part II: Requires all state agencies within one-half mile of proposed rail stations to enter into memoranda of understanding with each other and convene working groups that include representatives of the Honolulu authority for rapid transportation. Requires the working groups to submit annual reports to the legislature. Part III: Establishes the transit-oriented development advisory committee to make recommendations about sustainable development projects close to transit. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD1)
