Summary

Provides emergency appropriations in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of health to continue funding for various COVID19 response related programs and activities. Authorizes the governor to transfer funds appropriated to other executive departments. Requires unallotted or unencumbered funds to lapse on 6/30/2022. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
