RESOLUTION
Recognizing
and commending Mrs. Emily Adams for outstanding contributions to education in
the State of Georgia; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Mrs. Adams is a highly respected educator at The Walker School; and
WHEREAS,
the contributions and achievements of Mrs. Adams have been recognized by her
selection as Biology Teacher of the Year; and
WHEREAS,
nothing is more vital to the future of our state than the education of our young
people and Mrs. Adams exemplifies the selfless dedication which is
characteristic of our finest educators; and
WHEREAS,
it is appropriate that this body join in expressing appreciation to Mrs. Adams
for her efforts and accomplishments.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that this body hereby recognizes and
commends Mrs. Emily Adams; extends its congratulations upon her selection as
Biology Teacher of the Year; and expresses its gratitude for the great credit
this outstanding educator reflects upon her school and the State of
Georgia.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Mrs. Emily Adams.
