Senator Bethel of the 54th offered the following amendment:

Amend SB 177 (LC 28 5580) by inserting between "Factor" and the period on line 65 the following:

multiplied by the Current Year Inflation Adjustment Factor

By inserting after line 131 the following:

(f) The Commission shall not take any action within a Member State that contravenes any State law of that Member State.
