Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to HB 861 (LC 21
1825S) by inserting after
"matters;"
on line 9 the following:
to
provide for a contingent effective date;
By
inserting between lines 152 and 153 the following:
SECTION
4.
This
Act shall become effective only if funds are specifically appropriated for
purposes of this Act in an appropriations Act making specific reference to this
Act and shall become effective when funds so appropriated become available for
expenditure.
By
redesignating Section 4 as Section 5.
