A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT

To amend an Act known as the "Clayton County Civil Service Act," approved March 29, 1994 (Ga. L. 1994, p. 4399), as amended, so as to change provisions relating to review and appeal of decisions of the Clayton County civil service board; to provide for review by certiorari to the superior court; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.

The "Clayton County Civil Service Act," approved March 29, 1994 (Ga. L. 1994, p. 4399), as amended, is amended by revising Section 11 as follows:

"SECTION 11.
Judicial Review.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the board is entitled to judicial review by certiorari to the Superior Court of Clayton County."

SECTION 2.

All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
