Summary
A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that public funds associated with any retirement or pension system wholly or partially supported from public funds shall not invest in a foreign state that sponsors terrorism or entities engaged in certain for-profit activities with such a foreign state; and for other purposes.
