A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 15-11-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to definitions regarding the Juvenile Code, so as to include certain acts constituting the offense of a terroristic threat as a Class B designated felony act under the Juvenile Code; to revise and provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
