A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-690.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to mandatory education for children between the ages of six and 16, so as to lower the starting age for compulsory education attendance from six years to five years of age; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
