Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 21 of Title 15 and Code Section 16-3-6 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to payment and distribution of fines and forfeitures and affirmative defense to certain sexual crimes, respectively, so as to create the Safe Harbor for Sexually Exploited Children Fund; to change provisions relating to affirmative defenses for certain sexual crimes; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
