Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to educational programs, so as to provide that the Department of Education shall develop a model program for providing instruction and training in the performing arts; to provide that local boards of education shall incorporate a program in the performing arts in the curriculum; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
