Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 47-3-127.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to employment of a retired teacher as a full-time teacher or in other capacities, so as to provide that a retired speech-language pathologist may return to work on a full-time basis and continue receiving a full retirement benefit; to provide conditions for an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
