Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to competencies and core curriculum relative to quality basic education, so as to provide for an elective course of study in personal finance for students in grades six through eight; to provide for a mandatory course of study in personal finance for students in grades nine through 12; to provide for compliance; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
