A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to professions and businesses, so as to provide a statement of legislative intent; to define certain terms; to create the State Licensing Board for Fence Contractors and Automated Gate Operator Contractors; to provide for membership, officers, and the appointment of members; to provide for powers and duties; to provide for the licensure of fence contractors and automated gate operator contractors; to provide for qualifications; to provide for warranty and insurance coverage; to provide for disciplinary procedures; to provide for prohibited practices; to provide for applicability; to provide for an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
