Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 40 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to tattoo studios, so as to require such studios to post notification that certain tattoos could disqualify the wearer from military service; to provide for a criminal penalty; to provide for rules and regulations; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
