Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 33-7-11.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to commencement of liability of insurer to pay benefits to a third party on behalf of insured, so as to provide for payment to certain third parties that provide certain services relating to the repair of a motor vehicle for which an insurance claim has been made; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
