Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to correctional institutions of state and counties, so as to provide for state reimbursement for psychotropic medications for state inmates housed by counties beginning on the date of sentencing; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
