Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to lawful and unlawful activities involving or related to gambling, so as to provide that cruise ships engaged in lawful gambling activities outside this state may also engage in such activities while in transit in the waters of this state to or from waters outside the state; to provide for conditions and limitations; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
