    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to assisted living
    3         facilities; expressing the legislative intent to
    4         revise laws relating to assisted living facilities;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to assisted living facilities.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
